Billy Corgan, partner Chloe Mendel hosting benefit concert for Highland Park shooting victims; performers include Perry Farrell

HIGHLAND PARK, Ill. (WLS) — Highland Park has been rock-star and Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan’s property for the past two decades. He and his companion Chloe Mendel are supporting their hurting group in the way he is familiar with greatest: by enjoying audio.
